Boxing/Kickboxing

This type of training is one of the best ways to get into shape! Kickboxing and Boxing will not only have you learning serious self-defense skills it will also kick your butt while having a blast!! 75% of our female clients engage in this type of training with us. They leave their workout with two things; an amazing workout and the confidence in knowing that if they ever needed to protect themselves that they can.

We train at the famous Gazze Academy in Huntington Beach where champions are made! We offer private one on one sessions or the option to train with a friend. The gym is equipped with heavy bags, focus mitts, Thai pads, even an MMA cage like you would see in the UFC.  It has been measured that one can burn between 800-1000 calories in one session of kickboxing.
