I started training with Mike 10 years ago. He is one of the best trainers out there! You can train every day of the week and get a different workout each day. He knows how to keep it interesting so your body keeps transforming. You will never get bored in the same routine. His knowledge of human anatomy is amazing and can really help with any injury you might have. The best thing is I with Mike’s help I was able to get my body back after having my baby! Which I thought was going to be absolutely impossible!! Mike is very a very positive person and keeps you motivated!
